I train people of all fitness levels and backgrounds. Whether you are a beginner looking to get started, someone who wants to lose weight or build muscle, or even an experienced athlete aiming to improve performance, my fitness programmes can be tailored to suit your individual requirements.

Yes, I offer fitness coaching in a private gym located at Sowton, Exeter or if you'd prefer, I can travel to you and have a fitness session at at home or outdoors. I've got lots of functional equipment we can use during the sessions so can travel to you. Training outside is a great way to improve mental health with the rush of fresh air and the feeling of openness, Exeter and East Devon is a beautiful part of the world so why not enjoy it while working out at the same time.

The equipment required will depend on your goals and preferences. Many programs can be completed with minimal equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells, or bodyweight exercises. However, if you have access to a gym or specific equipment, we can incorporate that into your training program as well. I will work with what you have available to ensure effective workouts.

Absolutely! Fitness coaching is designed to accommodate individuals who may be new to fitness training. I will guide and educate you through the process, ensuring proper form, technique, and program adherence. The program will be customised to your skill level and progress as you improve.

Once signed up, I'll get you setup on the APP and send out a questionnaire to provide me with your goals, fitness level, and any other relevant information. From there we'll arrange your first session and get started.

My fitness programmes are personalised for each client. They include structured workouts, exercise demonstrations, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support. You will have access to a user-friendly APP where you can track your progress, communicate with me, and receive regular updates and adjustments to your program.

However, with consistent effort and dedication, you can expect to see noticeable improvements in strength, fitness, and overall physique within a few weeks. Remember, consistency is key!
